The Libraries Matter blog is not only about Libraries. We recognize the educational contributions of several organization across the country that enrich the lives of others. We truly believe that it takes a village to raise a child and that institutions such as libraries play a very important role. Below are a few educational organizations that we would like to recognize for their part in shaping today’s youth.
Early Bird Learning – A tutoring company that provides one-on-one tutoring, in any subject, at any K-12 grade level in the Charlotte, NC area. They have provided 35,000 hours of private tutoring since 2002.
Lamplighter Montessori School – A private school in Memphis, TN was founded in 1967 to offer educational options to the Memphis community.
